  1. Selectorctl --all users option

    It would be very useful to have in End User Options commands for selectorctl to use --all users parameter in all options that have --user already.
    For e.g. adding new default php modules for new PHP version or modify existing one for all current users would be easier without need to create some batch commands in command line.

  2. Ability to hide some PHP extensions in cPanel UI

    I would like to be able to hide some extensions from cPanel UI. We do not want to allow all extensions, and some of them are really not needed an may be confusing for clients.

    For example mssql is definitely not needed and can be misleading for clients. Also APC have no effect if PHP is run as SuPHP, and it can be confusing for clients. We would also remove pgsql since we do not support it, and again can be misleading. There are probably more that we do not want to offer.

    In addition to this it would also…

  3. LVE INODES Notifications

    In the LVE Notifications there is a way to notify clients of specific issues but I don't see any notifications for INODES.

    I use INODES settings and clients need notification when they are close to reaching their limit otherwise their accounts stop working, I would think something this important would have a notification.

    These modules are available for PHP 7.0. For 7.1 they should be too.

  7. Permantly disable and or remove PHP Versions

    Old depreciated versions like PHP4.4 are not used by customers and do not offer any benefit. We can disable it in PHP Versions from control panel but we cannot remove it from the server.

    It would be nice to have an option from the configuration to completely and permanently disable specific versions we choose from being installed.

  8. limit the mysql size from MySQL Governor

    Hi,

    can you add the features at MySQL Governor as LVE setting ?

    for instance,
    we can set certain account or package can only
    (1) each database can only 100mb max,or
    (2) all the database can only use 100mb max no matter how many database the account created.

    because i put MySQL on expensive SSD,
    and i find some sites only put MySQL on hosting account,
    and it use over 100GB.... it make headache...

    thank you.

  9. Ability to automatically limit I/O if account is using excessive amounts

    Some users can't configure their websites properly and create lots of I/O. For example there are users that install cache plugins in their Wordpress installations but have no clue how to properly configure the plugin. In some cases this ignorance leads to lots of data being read/written 24/7.

    It would be awesome if there was some option to automatically limit I/O for accounts that use excessive amounts. Some ideas:

    average I/O > 90% of max I/O last 10 minutes -> Limit I/O to 10% of normal limit until average I/O has been less than 500 kb/s for at least 60…

  10. Allow setting PHP version range for PHP selector options

    Some PHP directives exist only for specific PHP versions. For example, suhosin is available only for PHP version between >=5.2 and <7.0.

    It would be nice to define PHP version range in "Remark field" for such directives in /etc/cl.selector/php.conf. For example:

    Directive = suhosin.get.max_vars
    Default = 5120
    Type = list
    Remark = 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6
    Range = 1024,2048,3072,4096,5120
    Comment = Defines the maximum number of variables that may be registered through the URL.

    Currently, "Remark" field allows only explicit PHP version and "<", ">", ">=" and "<=" operators.

  12. Allow Reseller to see thier subaccounts from within their Cage

    As a user with a cPanel Reseller account all of my accounts are isolated in their own cage, there is no way to move or copy files between my accounts. I can only download, then re-upload them, which wastes bandwidth on both accounts.

    I propose a system where the cPanel Reseller can automatically see all of their subaccounts within their own cage. So, for example, the user "reseller" would see "reseller" (/home/reseller), "user1" (/home/user1) & "user2" (/home/user2) while logged in as "reseller". user1 & user2 would still only see themselves when logged in as user1 or user2.

    As an extension…

  13. CloudLinux on AWS Deployment Guide

    A good documentation is always preferably to opening a ticket.
    Since Cloudlinux can't be installed directly on Amazon Linux and an official Cloudlinux + cPanel AMI must be used, it is important to have a documentation on that no matter how sparse it might be.

    Yes, it is as simple as finding the image and installing it but a link on your website will be great too especially it if deals with potentials pitfalls and why Cloudlinux can't be installed on Amazon Linux.

    Thank you!

  14. Full Backup cPanel in LVE ID user

    Add the LVE user to "full backup" process in cPanel. This will allow users to generate full backup during business hours without overloading the server.
    It is now possible only through ssh or cron. We need this feature for backups generated manually by the user.

  15. noabort / noconntimeout settings or LSAPI timeout settings on a per user/script basis

    It looks like if you are running a litespeed web server you can use .htaccess rules to disable the lsapi timeouts on a whole site basis or per script basis:

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteRule .* - [E=noconntimeout:1]

    or

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteRule (wp-cron|backupbuddy|importbuddy).php - [E=noabort:1, E=noconntimeout:1]

    More Details on https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:php:run-without-timeouts

    This does not seem to work with Cloudlinux's LSAPI. As a result people with their own backup plugins tend to have issues where their script times out

    Im aware that we can change the timeout settings in lsapi.conf which we have done however it would be nice to leave the default timeouts…

  16. File uploads php.ini - injections php files

    hi

    we have a problem which is common to all of us. We use CXS which is great, but many scripts not being viruses/neither exploits like php mailer scripts can be injected, which cause that account is hacked to do spams, this has happened 2 times in 1 week on user accounts... We don't even talk of other php files types which are not detected and are component of site attacks...

    Function file_uploads is ON and necessary as it for owners of shop/sites like wordpress/websites, we search for a way to put it OFF only PHP files, and it seems…

  17. user want to see processor allocated

    Users want to verify the number of processor allocated if true/correct from SSH, or their cpanel account

    we would need something else than graph 100% who shows whatever is allocated : 150%, 200%, meaning 1.5 core or 2 cores

    It would be great, if possible to limit mysql connections for account or at least mysql users.
    An account can make many mysql connections and so cause high mysql cpu usage.

  19. Global enable mod_lsapi and disable for specific domains

    Currently, lsapi cannot be enabled for all server and
    disabled only for some, while the opposite is possible...

    It would be great to allow having it enabled for all,
    with an exception list...

    Also, would be good to have GUI on WHM/cPanel,
    that lists and manages all domains enable/disable,
    similar to the new WHM backups user selection tool.

    Thanks!

  20. Provide a more recent curl version with PHP selector

    Currently PHP selector's PHP is compiled with Redhat's default curl version. On Cloudlinux 6 this makes scripts not compatible with certain libraries and PHP scripts, including Paypal's api, and OwnCloud. We would love to be able to install install a second version of curl on the same server (maybe Cloudlinux 7's curl version) and have alt-php use this version instead.
