Ability to hide some PHP extensions in cPanel UI
I would like to be able to hide some extensions from cPanel UI. We do not want to allow all extensions, and some of them are really not needed an may be confusing for clients.
For example mssql is definitely not needed and can be misleading for clients. Also APC have no effect if PHP is run as SuPHP, and it can be confusing for clients. We would also remove pgsql since we do not support it, and again can be misleading. There are probably more that we do not want to offer.
In addition to this it would also be nice to be able to lock some extension that can not be disabled, like for example Suhosin, but that is maybe not that important, but just something to maybe also consider since it is somehow connected to this request.
