  3. Spring Boot support for Cloudlinux

The Spring Framework has convention-over-configuration rapid application development similar to NodeJS/Rubygems named Spring Boot.
It's basically works in a similar way that Node works to run standalone web applications but it's java based allowing standalone applications running as a service without the need to install and configure a tomcat or similar application server, running everything embeded in the application execution and able to be integrated to a webserver via Passenger.

Due the CL already have the full support for Passenger integration with Node, you may able to add support to Spring Boot to jusk making some modifications.

  4. Make it possible to disable PHP versions for specific users

It would be nice for example to not offer very old versions to new customers, because this mostly gives a bad user-experience. Newer versions are faster and more secure.
It can also be used to slowly phase out an older version, by disabling it for every customer not using it.

  6. Imunify360 Ignore List wildcard pattern support

Either shell globbing or regex would help

Common examples that I need to click out whenever a new user decides to work with binariers:

    /home//node/bin/node
    /home/
    /lib/python*
    /home//.local/lib
    /home/
    /.nvm
    /home//virtualenv
    /home/
    /bin

I still want any binaries that show up in a non standard location to be cleaned.

  7. Add short codes to PHP X-RAY

Currently when a slow loading time is detected PHP X-RAY will report slow system functions "pregreplacecallback" at file /wp-includes/shortcodes.php:228

It would be nice to know which shortcode was called so customers can easily determine what is causing the slow load time.

  8. Improve PHP X-RAY

I would like PHP X-Ray to add the following information :
    - Number of database queries
    - Total duration of all database queries
    - Total duration of PHP functions
    - Number of times each function is run and total duration for each function

For example, today a customer had a 3 second load time for a Prestashop page. The longest database query was 90ms and the longest PHP function was 200ms. The X-Ray report did not give us any indication what was taking 3 seconds.

It would have been very interesting to know which functions where used the most, how…

  9. Suggestion for possibility disabling some of dynamically updated Imunify360 whitelists

Those lists are globally distributed lists that are needed for most web servers, but I think some control over those might be required.

  10. re-support the xen hypervisor

I looked through the documentation and CL6 had direct support for Xen. XCP-NG is a fork tat is binary compatible and is built directly from the xen hypervisor. You can either grab xcp-ng tools and include their guest tools into cl7 and 8..:)

  11. mysql governor user_max_connections limit per user

Currently, you can only set usermaxconnections in governor globally.
It would be great if we could set this limit also at the user level, as with the CPU limit.
    For example:
    <user mode="restrict" name="blablabla">
    <limit user_max_connections="150"/>
    </user>

  13. Limit reseller sub accounts instead of whole cumulative limits in reseller limits

    Hello,

Reseller limits puts a restriction on cumulative resources of all sub accounts. There should be a feature which allows host to set limits for each sub accounts of a reseller instead of all cumulative.

Example: Reseller X is set to have 2GB RAM, 2 Core CPU.

All his sub accounts should have the same limit instead if default limits.

  14. See usage stats in cPanel

I am suggesting a feature where the clients are able to the Current Usage and so on for their site when going to their cPanel.

Just like we are doing from the WHM.

  15. LVE Autokill

When a webserver is full of clients, some clients may have bad plugins or code, memory leaks etc. This could cause resources to go up to maximum and a client wil get temp limited. The is currently no way to fight this except restart PHP manually.

I would like to see LVR stepping in and kill this process of it runs longer then xx hours. This way the resource limit will not get hit and clients will not be limited. Sites will stay online.

A notice should be send, what process is killed and why. So we as server engineers…

  16. Custom Ban Rules

I'd like more control of the graylist and blacklist process because the global rules in place right now don't seem to be stopping enough bad actors. Group countries, and creating custom rules for those regions would be a huge help. If we had more details on what triggered the greylisting or bans I could increase or lower tolerance where it makes since.

  17. Redis cache with username and password

Since Redis is released with WPOS it should also be possible to get it working with a username/password.

Then customers can use Redis in cache plugins like LiteSpeed, W3 Total cache, WP-Optimize, WP Fastest Cache etc.

  18. Enable WPOS for all accounts

Enable WPOS for all accounts on a cPanel server with 1 command

Today there is no way to enable WPOS for all accounts on one server and this has to be done on one and one account.

WPOS is useless without a easy way to enable it for all accounts.

I think the diagnostics of disks is very important and it would be convenient to immediately see errors from smart in the Centralized Monitoring CL.

  20. Make cloudlinux-selector work inside CageFS for php interpreter.

Make cloudlinux-selector work inside CageFS for php interpreter.
This will enable users to work with PHP Selector from the command line.
And it will also improve security - the frontend will be able to call cloudlinux-selector after logging into CageFS, and not on the real system.
