Make Selective countries for increased DOS concurrent settings:
Asusers we have so many concurrent connections (10 to 20) as users that 100% of the foreign attackers are allowed to attack without block: the alternative is all my users get blocked (captcha) as "abusers". Email uses multiple concurrent connections, multiply this by multiple users at the same ip address and the world's hackers are free to hack away.

NodeJS Virtual Environment
When entering the NodeJS Virtual Environment, have it automatically change directory to the apps document root.
Also when entering the virtual environment, if you are logged in as an elevated user, have it perform the commands as the the user the app belongs to automatically. I realize this might not be possible, but it would be nice because using NodeJS means you must enable shell for that user and with cPanel, that means you need to enable shell for many or all of the accounts on the server.

Change the graphs from average to maximum
Many customers fail to see that the Usage graphs show averages between the day or week, and thus each point is not a particular case, but an average of many. Having a value too close to the limit could mean that the limit was touched then, but not for the entirety of that point (5 min, 15 min, 1h long). Since the lines are not touching on the graph, our customers get confused.
I think that if you plot the max / peak points instead of an average of values within each point in time it would be clearer when…

Whitelist countries in imunify360 firewall
Currently one is only able to blacklist countries in imunify360 firewall.
It would be beneficial to be able to also whitelist countries in the imunify360 firewall.
We are hosting provider in a rather small country. Most of our customers and users are domestic and 99,9% of attacks/malware are originating from abroad.

It should be possible to offer the service to specified User.
We sell different rated services a lower service shouldn't be able to use the service at the moment you just work digital 1 or 0 (on or off).It should be possible to add it as a service to the plans (cPanel , Plesk...).

Can fanotify be enabled at a kernel leve on CL6 and CL6 Hybrid please? so we can make use of things like Clamd on demand scanning?

Rename alt-php to something end users will understand
is it possible for you to update ALT-PHP in the Plesk PHP handler and php selector so the name is more informative?
Reason: alt-php5.6 means nothing to end users users and because it looks complicated they avoid it like the plague.
Suggestion: rename alt-php to Hardened-php in the plesk php handler manager and PHP Selector.

Put some kind of status or log in on demand malware scan (imunify360)
Either in WHM or within a specific log file show the current status of the on-demand malware scanner such as what current directory or file the scanner is checking, what has already been checked, +1 if it shows files that are bad. As of right now when running a on-demand scan it doesn't even seem like it's doing anything and can run for a very long time, I havn't even gotten one to finish yet and am not even sure its doing anything at all.

Design: X-axes description LVE Stat 2 graph
Text of the x-axes in the LVE Stat 2 currently are displayed from top to bottom vertically. This should be down to bottom on the x-axes with graphs as normally done in any other graphs.
So all text at the x-axes should be rotated 180 degrees.

Please add xVarnish/Cachewall as a supported product :)
Varnish is the backbone of serving up fast WP or Joomla websites and there was a HUGE amount of buzz around xVarnish/Cachewall because they create a fantastic WHM/cPanel plugins and the Varnish core/configuration. It seems as though the team behind the 'opensource' xVarnish have abandoned the project. Support is no longer offered, updates have stopped, etc.
Since xVarnish/Cachewall is opensource, I think it would make for a fantastic addition to CL's software landscape. Either make it a separate installable product or optional purchased license.
Your support team just tried to install xVarnish for us and had issues so, we're going…

Make Litespeed/ProcessGroup/CageFS compatible with multicore license
Litespeed, LSAPI ProcessGroup and CageFS work amazing on single core Litespeed web server. If we use 2+ Litespeed cores, actually each process will spawn his own PHP process groups and they do not share the same memory used for OPcache or APCu in-memory cache.
This is a huge problem, not able to use a multi-core web server in 2018. Litespeed teams say they do not have a solution right now for CageFS but since you collaborate with them, it will be nice to make this work.

Support Hiawatha webserver
Support for Hiawatha ( www.hiawatha-webserver.org ). It's a very fast and secure webserver like Apache or NGINX and very robust. A slighly older test of webservers can be found at https://www.hiawatha-webserver.org/weblog/64 which speaks for itself I think.
