1. Directadm Python & Ruby selector

   It would be nice to have directadmin Python and ruby selector that client can choose version.
   Currently it is working from SSH but client is not able to choose it from directadmin.

2. Monitoring Network Activity

   As you know there is many cases that hosting accounts can generate network traffic which is not coming from web server,
   For example a Perl or PHP script which download files from other servers and so on.
   Even there's many abusive cases which hacked hosting account begin used for DDoS, therefore I believe monitoring or having stat from hosting accounts network activity like total traffic generated by every user ( except incoming web traffic ) every day would help hosting companies to trouble shoot these cases much easier.
   Currently we found such cases by iptables features but I guess you can gather related statistics much easier by kernel capabilities and implementing this feature will be much easier that IO monitoring which you have already in Cloud Linux Kernel.

3. Allow end-user to see all active processes

   Hello,

   We frequently receive complaints fr om customers that their cpanel account has exceeded their CPU lim it or process lim it. We try to explain how it works, but the customer usually can't believe their account could possibly be consuming so much CPU power or number of processes.

   We currently have no ability to "prove" to the customer they are indeed using too much CPU or processes.

   So, it would be very nice if CloudLinux had the ability to "Show currently running processes" within their cpanel interface.

   I know bluehost has this ability, because there is a "Show processes" link in the cpanel statistics area. It shows a listing of all running processes owned by the cpanel user, and is very helpful to see what the account is doing.

   SUMMARY:

   Please add a "Show Current Processes" link in the cpanel, so customers can see what is running and consuming their CPU and number of processes.

4. Redis seems to be the solution for caching nowdays.

   Hopefully there will be a full functioning redis included. The current 'redis' & 'memcached' is for show, since they both does not work.

7. Burst Limits - LVE Manager

   Hi,

   I would like to make a suggestion for a possible future feature which you may like to include for CloudLinux.

   As websites become more and more popular, sometimes accounts require more resources than allocated, I think it would be a good idea to add burst limits to CloudLinux LVE Manager, in which hosting providers can choose whether or not to enable these burst limits, and what to enable them on.

   For example, hosts could choose to set the normal SPEED Limit to 30%, but then allow the account to burst up to a maximum of 50% for a set amount of time (eg a maximum of 1 hour per week, per day, per month etc).

8. Remove "Cached" memory from Physical Memory usage stats

   In cPanel graphs (e.g. in the sidebar), "Physical Memory Usage" contains "Cached" memory in its calculation - as a system administrator this makes sense because in fact "Cached" memory is used but can get freed up in the system needs it.

   However, seen from a customer perspective that isn't very technical, the "Cached" memory concept doesn't make much sense because even if no processes run on my account, it could still cause a very high usage in the graph, something like this: https://snaps.hcdn.dk/aiyNRHmG99NmcdEFsnQ9OSr548yLWpTtcVeIvqBDey.png

   The graph says the account is using 95.88% of the memory for the account and gives a warning. This triggers tickets (despite having a KB post that explains that they most likely shouldn't worry) - for this particular account, only 5 megabyte of the 1920 megabyte was actually in use.

   I think this has to be changed (or give us an option to include "Cached" memory or not - it will greatly lower confusion for customers and tickets towards providers :-)

9. Inode stats or list

   I would love to see somewhere in WHM that could list all accounts on INODE usage, or somewhere we can find usage under "Statistics" for example under "TOP LVEs".

   Another very useful feature will be "Inode Distribution" list where admin/client clearly can see where are located inodes inside an account. Something like it's already available inside "Hostgator" cPanel.

10. PHP Selector permited modules

    It would be useful to integrate in the LVE Manager the possibility to select which PHP modules are available for the client to select.
    Basically there should be check boxes for "default" "available" "unavailable".

    At the moment we change the PHP version on user request because we do not want the client to activate some modules.

    Currently there is only API to set cloudLinux resource (RAM, CPU, IO, EP...) in cPanel:

12. LVE INODES Notifications

    In the LVE Notifications there is a way to notify clients of specific issues but I don't see any notifications for INODES.

    I use INODES settings and clients need notification when they are close to reaching their limit otherwise their accounts stop working, I would think something this important would have a notification.

    Currently one is only able to blacklist countries in imunify360 firewall.

    It would be beneficial to be able to also whitelist countries in the imunify360 firewall.

    We are hosting provider in a rather small country. Most of our customers and users are domestic and 99,9% of attacks/malware are originating from abroad.

16. One-page PHP Selector: PHP Extensions and PHP Options in same page

    We Constantly receive tickets about "could you please increase upload-max-filesize? i've change my php version successfully but can't find upload-max-filesize?"
    so what if put PHP Extensions and PHP Options in a single page so customers can see all available extensions and options in same page (Directadmin).
