  1. Support for NodeJS apps

Python Selector is providing Python Support through mod_passenger and virtualenv.

It would be awesome if the same could be done for NodeJS apps, using mod_passenger and nodeenv.

  2. Ability to limit mysql connections

It would be great, if possible to limit mysql connections for account or at least mysql users.
An account can make many mysql connections and so cause high mysql cpu usage.

These modules are available for PHP 7.0. For 7.1 they should be too.

  4. Move TMP Directories

It will be very helpful to have possibility to move users tmp directories located under:
$USER_HOME/.cagefs/tmp to a different partition and sill keep separate directories per each user.

It could be similar feature to:
    http://docs.cloudlinux.com/moving_cagefs-skeleton_directory.html
    http://docs.cloudlinux.com/moving__var_cagefs_directory.html

At this moment there is possibility just to mount one common directory for all users instead of separate ones.

Reason for this feature is to optimize sessions files handling that could be stored of faster partition based on SSD for e.g. and outside /home partition that is always generally more I/O loaded.

  5. Mount points mapping

As one of the options to mount system directories described under:
    http://docs.cloudlinux.com/mount_points.html
could be possibility to have another option to make a directory mapping from original path to different path visible by user.

For e.g. we have a directory:
    /mnt/cache
and we would like to have it visible under user mount points as:
    /var/cache
at this moment it just possible to have 1:1 mount point that has the same path from system and user perspective.

  7. Design: X-axes description LVE Stat 2 graph

Text of the x-axes in the LVE Stat 2 currently are displayed from top to bottom vertically. This should be down to bottom on the x-axes with graphs as normally done in any other graphs.

So all text at the x-axes should be rotated 180 degrees.

  9. Change the graphs from average to maximum

Many customers fail to see that the Usage graphs show averages between the day or week, and thus each point is not a particular case, but an average of many. Having a value too close to the limit could mean that the limit was touched then, but not for the entirety of that point (5 min, 15 min, 1h long). Since the lines are not touching on the graph, our customers get confused.

I think that if you plot the max / peak points instead of an average of values within each point in time it would be clearer when…

  13. Node.js applications limit per package

At the moment it's impossible to limit the number of applications a user can create.

This means that even if someone creates separate packages it won't make a difference.

Such feature should have existed from the very beginning from my opinion.

  14. Add support for Percona 8 instead of 5.6 because of higher security and performance

It needs to be done, Perfomance difference is very high and it's a lot of better solution than MariaDB...

  15. Dart and Flutter Web support

Would be really nice if CloudLinux could support the use of Dart and Flutter, both have a huge share in the developer market as people are starting to use them.

  16. Show the version of LVE Manager

Recent instructions to test PHP X-Ray suggested that you first make sure you are running LVE Manager version 6.2 or later. However, when you open LVE Manager via WHM, there is no indication what version you are running. I suggest adding this somewhere inside LVE Manager.

  17. Database Quota

    Hi,
I would like to limit Database Quotas in our cPanel server like below:
    Database Size:
    Database Table Size:
    DB Queries Execution Times:

The limits would be different on each shared hosting plan.

How to implement that, is there any idea?

  19. automatic ports open/close with nodejs and ruby selectors for shared hosting

As you know a shared hosting environment can be insecure if you leave open ports and most of the servers already have a CSF or Imunify360 installed with non used ports closed. Sometimes clients ask to run nodejs or ruby on specific ports, other than 80/443 but leaving other ports open and have control over them (for example the client tested a nodejs on port 11300 and then dorpped it and you have that port open now...you cant track every open port by users request every day). So will be great auotomate this with the nodejs or ruby server start/stop…
