Add support for Percona 8 instead of 5.6 because of higher security and performance

It needs to be done, Perfomance difference is very high and it's a lot of better solution than MariaDB...

I want a newer versions of Percona too to allow me to use some XtraDB and MyRocks advanced features and better performance.
