An error occurred while saving the comment Emiliano commentedAs a workaround you can create a cPanel hook on new accounts which automatically changes the PHP version on CloudLinux:
- https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/DD/Guide+to+Standardized+Hooks+-+Script+Hooks (check postwwwacct)

An error occurred while saving the comment Emiliano commentedAn easy fix would be to add an .htpasswd to the old folder, block access to it except on specific IPs on .htaccess, or simply ask the customer to delete the folder altogether, or be ready to restore their website each and every day.
It's not a good idea to keep an old websites online and unsupervised, think of them as a toddler, they seem harmful until some hacker teaches them how to use scissors.

An error occurred while saving the comment Emiliano commentedIf you need a workaround on this you can check the PT_USERTIME feature in CSF: https://www.configserver.com/cp/csf.html
The particular feature it applies to is "Excessive user process usage reporting and optional termination"
