    Hi!
    We already have mod_hostinglimits Apache module to do that.
    Follow instructions on how to install from our blog here https://cloudlinux.com/ru/blog/entry/mod-hostinglimits-updated-1-5
    After installation, you can manage the number of Apache connections per user through EP limit using lvectl utility.
