Add option to display information about PHP versions
We have PHP selector which is great, our customers can choose the PHP versions they want. However, not all customers know which version is best for them. It would help if some additional info can be displayed, for example:
PHP 5.2 (legacy): Warning: This is a very old and obsolete version. We will stop providing this version starting (date)
PHP 5.3 (legacy): Warning: This is an old and obsolete version. It is provided for legacy applications but we advise against using this version if it is not really needed.
PHP 5.4: This is a stable and maintained PHP version
PHP 5.5: This is a stable and maintained PHP version
PHP 5.6 (recommended): This is the newest stable version, recommended for new projects
PHP 7 (experimental): This is the development version of PHP. Play with it, but expect things to break.

This has been already implemented, see http://kb.cloudlinux.com/2016/11/how-to-add-own-comments-to-php-versions-in-php-selector/

How is this being implemented ? i hope hosts will be able to configure this text per version. We now default to PHP7 whereas some hosts default to PHP 5.5, our text for PHP 5.5 would probably be something like : this version is still maintained, however we strong recommend that you move to a more recent version as this version will soon become legacy.
