Due to the way linux work, this cannot be done the way it is explained.
Chrooting / jailing a process will make it unable to load shared libraries / etc...
And there is no difference in how it processes access shared libraries, vs how they read arbitrary files. -

For PHP 7.1 -> There is no binaries yet for Ioncube - as soon as ionCube LTD develop one -- we will package it.
Phalcon3 is incompatible with 7.1 yet https://github.com/phalcon/cphalcon/issues/12055
Once it is fixed, we will integrate it as well. -

This is pretty much impossible to do given how MySQL works this day, and would create bunch of corrupted database.

We throttle user instead, as we don't see the point of suspending user / getting support call.
Yet, if you really want it -- you should be able to implement such thing with ease in LVE Stats 2. -

We approached OVH multiple times - as we do want to support their kernel. Yet, for them to collaborate they need their customers requesting it.
Please, submit a ticket to their support desk asking for KernelCare support for OVH kernels. It will help us get OVH support next time we talk to them. -

The work on it started some time ago, and currently we are testing it for CL7 & CL6 kernels

if you run tomcat per user --> it would be inside of CageFS (depends on how you start it, but it is easy to do)
If you run single instance of tomcat for all users --> not possible. -

What do you mean for the show? Are you talking about PHP modules? They are just modules, you still have to run daemon somewhere.

We are working on the issue with cPanel. At this moment -- it is impossible to implement, as it requires some kind of hook for us to know when account is 're-arranged'.
More info here:
https://features.cpanel.net/topic/rearrange-an-account-hook
Please, make sure you vote for this feature on cPanel site as well. -

Of course we do. This is exactly why it is an 'old' mode, that we don't recommend anyone to use -- as it works badly. The new mode (abuser, all) does do that any more -- as putting all abusers in one jail just doesn't work will and doesn't produce consistent / good results in shared hosting environment.

We don't have dedicated resources. So, if you think about 1 CORE as dedicated resource - then yes, we do exactly that - we automatically re-allocate it to eliminate wasite.
And I am sorry, this limit exceeding jails is nothing but inability of the 'other' vendor to throttle individual clients. We protect the masses by throttling each customer individually -- in a much better, way -- with a much better results.
For now, we strictly re-package EA4 with our changes. Once cPanel adds it -- it will propagate into our repository.
