Add install and uninstall options of components in the lvemanager

Will be great if in the same way you have a on/off button to show or hide different components versions like python, php, ruby and nodejs in the clients panels. Have a install/uninstall button to install and uninstall different versions of different components. Instead to go through command like "yum remove alt-php54*" or "yum groupinstall alt-nodejs14"

    We have already this ability for Nodejs and Python versions. You can find these options in LVEManager plugin => Options => Nodejs|Python selectors.
    This ability for PHP and Ruby selector is not scheduled yet.
