  2. Add Snuffleupagus extension to PHP Selector

Snuffleupagus (https://snuffleupagus.readthedocs.io) is a PHP7+ module designed to drastically raise the cost of attacks against websites. This is achieved by killing entire bug classes and providing a powerful virtual-patching system, allowing the administrator to fix specific vulnerabilities without having to touch the PHP code.

This will help to make the PHP more secure since there's no suhosin for PHP7.2 and superior versions.

  3. Percona XtraDB Cluster (or MySQL WSREP) support for DB Governor

Currently there is no version of DB Governor which can be used with Galera Cluster, neither on vanilla MySQL or Percona. This limits scaleability for MySQL on CloudLinux to a single node if you want to use DB Governor.

  4. DB Governor install specific minor version

There are always bugs between MySQL version, so once we upgrade to the latest version with a bug, we are unable to install the previous version.

For example, MariaDB 10.1.41 has a known bug and we want to install 10.1.39.

The risk of downgrade is on us.

  5. Extend the prefix delay to 72 or 96 h

How about making the list of possible prefixes extend to 72 or 96h.
Therefore if a patch is applied on a Friday in test, we may not be able to see the results, good or bad, until Monday. If AUTO update is set to 48h, a bad patch could possibley be applied to PROD before we notice anything on Monday.

  7. Node.js Selector support for DirectAdmin + OpenLiteSpeed

    Hi,

I have tried Node.JS Selector with LiteSpeed Web Server, Apache and Nginx + Apache. All were working fine.

But there is a new web server in town, OpenLiteSpeed. I tried the Node. JS Selector with OLS and found that CloudLinux has no support to OLS.

While OLS is almost the same as LSWS, I would request you to make Node. JS Selector works with OLS as well.

    You may refer Ticket #68801.

  8. Integration with Invision Community

As i was reading before, i know Imunify 360 kind of integrates with Wordpress as a protection.

Will we even get the integration with: https://invisioncommunity.com/ ?
I have my own hosting company and 20 sites uses this fantastic software including me and at the first installation of the imunify 360 i had to disable some rules mod security from your software, because it was blocking users when they tried just to create a topic in our forum.

I would really appreciate it ;)

  10. Do not add non-existing users to CageFS excludes (CageFS bypass)

CloudLinux by default installs /etc/cagefs/exclude/systemuserlist with usernames that do not exist in system. If client buys account named like one of those usernames (e.g. varnish) or reseller creates user named like one of those usernames, then that user will be outside CageFS with access to full user list and files outside CageFS. Tested on CloudLinux+DirectAdmin system. Task CAG-940. I was sent here from #64992.

First 3 ways to bypass CageFS reported by us were fixed by You, now security@cloudlinux.com does not even answer (tried to report db_governor crash by unprivileged user from CageFS #64282) and You ask to publish 4th…

    Hello,

the DirectAdmin CloudLinux GUI should be redesigned, currently it is pretty functional. It would be nice if it looks like at cPanel.

  13. Whitelist or Captcha or Block Access to Certain URLs

It would be awesome if we could create lists of URLs and specify access rules for them.

    A few scenarios:

    1. If the user accesses "wp-admin" and is not 192.168.1.1, then block.

    2. If the user accesses "wp-admin" and is not 192.168.1.1, then captcha.

    3. If the user accesses "wp-admin" then captcha.

  15. Add php limits (memory_limit, max_execution time and etc) to the package configuratio

Add php limits (memorylimit, maxexecution time and etc) to the package configuration, the same as IO, PMEM and other limits, so admin can set different limits for different packages (for now I can only set limits per user)

  17. Node.js applications limit per package

At the moment it's impossible to limit the number of applications a user can create.

This means that even if someone creates separate packages it won't make a difference.

Such feature should have existed from the very beginning from my opinion.

  18. Generate Fault Reports

In cPanel if a service fails, cPanel will email out a failure notification to the server administrator.

In the failure notification, it includes information such as the currently running processes during the time of the failure and other potentially useful information.

It would be very helpful if CloudLinux were able to generate a report with related information for every fault hit by a user.

The reports don't necesarily have to be sent via email, but available somewhere so that the user can review it when trying to investigate the cause of hitting a fault.

  19. Node.js Selector support for DirectAdmin+nginx

    Hi,

I request that it should be looked into to add support for Node.js Selector to work with nginx on DirectAdmin.

Since DirectAdmin natively supports nginx compared to cPanel, it would be a good option to add support for Node.js selector to work with nginx on DirectAdmin.

Since Phusion passenger already has nginx modules just like mod_passenger for Apache, adding support should be easy.

This might solve some of the WebSockets problems which just simply don't work with Apache, but nginx it might work much better.

    Thank you.
